associated in major decision making processes of the Board. The committee is headed by Honorable Vice President of India, Leader of Opposition, Chairman of Press club and IB secretary. He was responsible for decision making for forty
thousand employees in Prasar Bharti, an organization that has a turnover of more than 1100 crores. He was associated with some important decisions on the in-charge of Finance and Audit Committee. He was also responsible in deciding
on In-charge Personnel Committee. He was responsible about the recruitments under Prasar Bharati for senior positions. Dr Sunil Kapoor Bhopal had also involved in the conduction of Commonwealth Games. He had a major role in deciding on the
implementation of Policies.
Dr Sunil Kapoor Bhopal in the advisory role
Dr Sunil Kapoor has been in the advisory role in various organisations. Infact he started off his career as an Advisor to hundred Educational Institutes in Central India where he has focused on the Capacity Building of
Institute, Manpower, development of Knowledge Resources and developing leaders. He also promoted better teaching-learning facilities and helped in developing Universities from 2012 and establishing eight Universities in different
locations.
Next in the year 2006, he was appointed as an advisor to Honorable Minister, Ministry of Water Resources, Government of India. In ths rle he was responsible for the restructuring of PSU’s As an advisor and was responsible for WAPCOS,
NPCC, NIH, CPWRS. He proved himself in his job role and provide valuable inputs for River Linking Projects which included DPR for Ken Betwa, DPR for Parvati-Kalisindh-Chambal Link, DPR for Suvarnarekha River Gwalior, and Pench River
originating from Chhinwada Project.
Next in the year 2007, he became Member, Central Advisory Board, Ministry of Labor, Government of India. There he had to advice the government on matters pertaining to the Workmen’s Compensation Act, 1923 and workmen’s Compensation
(Amendment) Act, 2000.
